An institution that is public, spontaneous, and non-profit, founded in 1953 by individuals who once struggled with addiction to help and rescue addicts from addiction. This association operates in 143 countries around the world, including Muslim countries, holds 72,215 meetings each week in more than 82 different languages, and has over 2 million members in recovery.

Unconditional Surrender
Just for Today: I will surrender unconditionally. I can make it as easy or as hard as I choose. Either way, I will do it
Twelfth Step “Failure
Just for Today: I will remember that I am a living example of the Twelfth Step. I cannot “fail” when I try to carry the message to another addict
The Masks Have To Go
Just for Today: I will let go of my masks and allow my self esteem to grow
